As the EOG's are approaching it is important to have tools you can use to help stay calm while taking the exam. The videos below provide great strategies to use when you feel yourself becoming stressed and nervous. Please watch each video in it's entirety below.

This video walks you through how to take control of stressful engery when it becomes too much to handle.  Listen carefully as this exercise can be very helpful as you prepare for the EOG's. Remember think positive, use I Get to instead of I Have to, and do your best! I will see you guys tomorrow!!
