Feeling Blue

  • Think of your happy place or funniest memory

  • Talk with a trusted adult or friend

  • Find an activity you like to do (example: read a book, draw, go for a walk, watch a movie with your family)

  • Get some rest

Feeling Yellow

  • Smell The Flower, Blow the Candle

  • Count to ten

  • Squeeze The Lemon

  • Listen to Music

  • Ask questions

  • Squeeze Stress ball

  • Think about the size of the problem

  • Talk about the problem with a counselor, teacher, parent, or trusted friend.
